    It shouldn’t be a PSU issue since it’s new like the mobo

    Everytime I try to turn on my pc the fans begins to spin and shortly after they’ll stop. I’ve tried turning it on without any RAM sticks, without my GPU and it’s the same results. My specs is the following: GTX 1070 i7 9700K Gigabyte Z390 aorus elite 2x8 G. Skill Ripjaws 2666 mHz Case: Phanteks P350X Psu: RM650x

    I have a GTX 1070 8GB and an i5 8400, I'm beginning to think that my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU, I am currently using the setup for gaming and or streaming anyone that could help clear this up?
