  1. My PC specs are: -FX 6300 -M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 mobo -GTX 1050 TI -two ram sticks set for dual channel 8GB 2x4 -PSU 500 watts
  2. As from the title, I was wondering if I could use two pairs of dual channel ram to form quad channel ram, and if so, how much more fps will i get?, i'm just wondering because I already bought a 144hz monitor and my computer can't handle it (115 fps). The game is CS:GO and the settings are all low settings. -Friedpotatoes
  3. Thank you, this wont just be good for games but for video editing (for school). These items would be great. is this price in Canadian? , etc?
  4. I'm sorry that i could not respond for a couple of days, do you think upgrading to the Ryzen 3 2200g would be good a solution for editing? (mostly videos from school) I can't buy anything over the budget of 300 dollars including the CPU. i'm sorry but it is the highest CPU that could not bottleneck a GTX 1050 ti ( going to get the GTX 1050 ti ). thank you for telling me NOT to buy an FX 8350 so i should be thankful, and to everyone who has participated in this conversation; thank you for your feedback
  5. Thank you for the feedback. I'm not 100% sure but I might as well ask.. I currently have a mobo called " M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 " do you think an 8350 would be compatible with such a motherboard?. And it says on the PSU that it is 32A - 35A something like that...
  6. I bought a pre built PC with fx 6300 Radeon r7 240. I'm just wondering what kind of GPU i should upgrade to. i am sorry that i could not find the PSU sadly.. but i do know however that it is in fact 500 watts. I'm thinking upgrading to a GTX 1050 ti in the text. Do you think i should upgrade the CPU to a 8350? or upgrade my GPU. Thank you for your feedback
  7. Ok first things first. I'm not a very experienced PC builder, and this is my first question. My PSU is 500 watts, my resolution is 1280 by 1024 and all i need is 60 fps on medium to high settings and my budget is 200$
