    opened it its a seperate board and hdd is dead. can the board fry a new hdd if it is failed too? eg it gives more voltage

    i will use on external hdd i share with people one partion is locked and other unlocked to share files will the lock gets open if someone tries copying, so i know or they can copy without any signs dont have time to encrypt TB of datat now
