Can someone give me an idea what to do? My family brought a new computer from some sole computer custom build kids about 7-8 months ago and the system were doing fine until recently, computer got no screen. So I went check all computer parts, everything fine but the video card, I did put another video card from other computer and its fine, seem this ASUS RX580 8GB have no video output at all!! it does power up but just no output, my family told me they recall the person sold her a system claim, most parts are from Canada computer. since we have no invoice and box, but sure have SN# for the Video Card. Will Asus Canada honor an warranty service? I understand the video card is no longer top of the line anymore but still not an low end one and it should still under 3 years warranty right?.
