Looking for some build advice, haven't been gaming for a while so my build fell behind a lot. Wondering if I would need to start all over or a few parts here and there to get her back up in shape. Mostly planning to run Nox emulator(Android emulator) and a few games like Civilization, Warcraft(remastered) and maybe get back into WoW. Current build runs Civ decent but Nox destroys my CPU - running at 70+% Any advice is helpful.
