after this issue being fixed for a while it has now returned the same as before any drivers cause stuttering and no drivers it works fine Ive got it to boot into windows without any gpus plugged in. I wonder if ne trying to go into safe mode with the nvidia gpu was casuing issues

I was going to try this today but it seems theres another curveball i cant even get into windows now on either of the gpus. Everything spins upnand runs but no display

i have never put an overlock on this system as i didnt wanna mess with this system to much when i built it

Ive been having a stuttering problem all day on my pc. It started with crackaling audio after picking up my headset so after turning the cables i decided to restart the pc. After this all day ive had stuttering problems every 3-5 seconds no matter what is open. Ive had this problem before and fixed it by updating windows and gpu drivers however this time it seems to not have fixed it.Ive had game bar xbox app and all the usual culprits disabled for a long time before thisI have tried rebooting several times.Rolling back and trying new drivers even using dduRolling back windows and updating windowsRestoring windows to factory defultError checking the hddIt just always seems to stutter but it was fine before today Tried both the 960 and a gts450 The only way i can not have stuttering is with integrated GPU leading me to belive something between windows and nvidia is causing issuesPc specs: i3 61008gb corsair vengence ramAsus gtx960Corsair 750x psuGigabyte z170-hd3p moboWindows 10 64Bit 1809Anyone have any ideas.
