Hey I found the solution, if anyone's having the same problem.. It apparently was storeMI what was causing the problem, I wiped everything and set the boot drive to the SSD, did not tier anything with store MI, and it resolved.

Hi everyone, I am having problems with my system whenever I turn it off my case fans, LEDs CPU fan and DIMMs lights stay on, after that, the power button becomes unresponsive and I have to use reset to boot back up. Build as follows: - MOBO ASRock B450m Pro4 - CPU Ryzen 5 2400G stock speed - RAM Corsair vengeance RGB DDR4 3000 MHz (XMP) - 256 GB HP NVMe with a 1 TB Samsung HDD from an old laptop tiered with storeMI - EVGA 600b 80plus bronze power supply - Thermaltake versa N27 snow edition case, stock fans (3) (Video card coming soon) Whenever I do a full shutdown (pressing shift before I turn off) the problem doesn't arise. Read somewhere that it happens to cool the components a bit before turning off, let it run overnight but to no avail.
