Hi I am a newbie in building PC but not designing electronic on component levels, I had buy some upgrade kit for my new pc.
Every time I use a simulator program or video editor, the CPU takes all the task before the GPU take it.
the program I use is optimized to use that type of vendor GPU and CPU, I think the winbond chip is the bottleneck when this get hot the GPU does not get all the graphics task, and slow down,
but the CPU almost run at ~90% task.
I have no idea where this winbond is,or it is a part of the cpu. (see attach Image)
I use
- ASUS ROG Strix B360-F Gaming, S-1151 (motherboard)
-Intel Core i5-8400 Socket-LGA1151, 6-Core, 6-Thread, 2.8/4.GHz, 65W, OEM/tray (cpu)
-Intel E97378-001 3.5" CPU Cooler for LGA 1155 / 1156 / 1150 CPUs (cpu cooler), two month after the same pc upgrade comes with "CM Hyper H411R RGB Komplett Edition"
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Graphics card)
-16GB DDR4 Ram, HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz (4x4GB)
