    Hi 2MuchMark, I have just bough the same setup. DellU4919DW and Mac mini 2018. Also, only getting option for 3840x1080, connected via Thunderbolt cable. Did adding the additional HDMI cable to your setup work for you? If yes, can you please provide some info on how you setup the Mac in dual monitor mode etc.? Would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
