I cant even get mine past 4.88 and thats at 3.5v again so i cant help and im also looking for help if someone could!

Okay I have a i5-9600k and using an Asus z-390e (ROG) and im having trouble getting past 4.77 crashing (i know next to nothing about overclocking) does anyone know any good videos to learn the asus bios or any suggestions?

thanks is there a g-sync version? i have a rtx 2060. or is it one of the monitors that has been accepted by nvidia and up to the standard?
