Get my old ddr3 ram heatsinks and put them on ddr4 memory stick with some new thermal pads (the ddr4 sticks i have dont have a heat sink and it is just for looks) It is for in a white build so im painting them white, would acrylic paint work? is it conductive?

Ive got some ddr3 sticks laying around and i was wondering if i could use them on my ddr4 in my pc (they dont have heatsinks right now) The heatsinks are made of metal(like most are) But ddr4 has pcbs on one side Would the heatsink work on the other side without shorts? Ps. Im also painting them white(not the pcbs side tho) Would acrylic paint work? Or what paint would work?

Ive got my pc with an fx6300 and a msi 970 gaming mobo But im soon upgrading to a ryzen 5 1600x and a asrock b450 pro4 But my os is on a hdd and im getting a ssd with the upgrade Im now running win 10 home but i am going for pro now But i also have a 2 tb hdd with all lot of my games on and some programs But if i do my upgrade put new mobo and cpu and ssd in and just leave the old hdd 277gb (with OS still on it) out and just have my new ssd in, and install my new win 10 pro on the ssd Wil i still be able to put my 2tb hdd in and use all the gamefiles and programs

so the aegis one is the one and i do think im going with the msi board for the rgb headers and overclocking for my cpu and possibly RAM and is the aegis one save to use? no compromises? it isn't in the QLV ? thx for you help so far
