  1. Yup, but the card you're recommending has compatibility issues with 3rd gen ryzen, all MSI b450 as far as I know So maybe another brand? I want a mobo with decent VRM heatsinks (dont care for pcie 4) Thanks in advance.
  2. Hi guys, is this build good for gaming and potential streaming? my budget is 1200$ no case, monitor or peripherals needed. 3. Did you set power management to maximum performance in Nvidia panel? If so, that's making your GPU to be at max clock speed at all times, making it hotter while idling
  4. Why are SA voltage and IO voltage in red? They're set auto, is it dangerous? I have a 8600k which I'm overclocking to 4.8@1.335 and my ram is 1x8gb HyperX 2400 which I'm overclocking at 2933CL15@1.35 Core voltage, DRAM voltage and timings are the only thing I touched when overclocking
  5. Hello there, will this setup work for a streaming only pc? CPU i5 7400 RAM 2133mhz 2x8GB GPU GTX 1050 (non-ti) PS: I already have this build.
  6. Hello guys I builded this PC a month ago, everything was fine, running smooth and stuff but now it freezes and a buzzing sound comes from the speakers and it automatically restarts(not even on load), after reinstalling windows10, it no longers automcatically restarts but it still freezing, this happens an hour(give or take) after turning on the pc but after the first restart it starts freezing more often (it even freezes on bios) this is the setup cpu ryzen 2600 mobo gygabyte b450 ds3h (yea i know its crap but it should work) ram gskill aegis 3000mhz cl16 gpu 1060 6gb psu cougar gxs550 ssd crucial mx500 500gb now i already know its not the gpu, ram, psu, ssd because i tested them on my another pc (intel) but i cant test mobo or cpu because its my first ryzen build and i have no other parts the cpu i got it from newegg about 3 months ago (but just finished building a month ago) and mobo i got it on a local store since i thought the odds is that the mobo was faulty i tried to return it but they said they tested it and its fine but as i said it happens after an hour, maybe more now the question is: is it possible that the cpu is causing these random freezes? or maybe its the mobo and the guys at my local store didnt tested it for long enough? ALSO when the first freezes started i looked inside my case and noticed that the 8 pin connector cpu power was barely plugged, a gently pull and it came off, could it be that it wasnt making good contact and it damaged my cpu/mobo?
  7. will do thing is i have a corsair vs 550, so its not that good, and vega 56 ask for 650, i think the psu will fall short
  8. Hello there, so I'll be able to get a new gpu around mid-june, budget by then will be around 350$ so I was going for the rtx 2060, then i read that it has features that I won't be using therefore it's a waste of money, and that I should get the 1660ti. But i think the 1660ti will fall short, I would like to play in medium settings , even low if the game is "too AAA" but at constant 144fps my current setup is 8600k @4.8 2x8gb 2400 z370 mobo 550psu 1060 6gb (this i'll be selling) so my question is should I go for the 2060 or 1660ti? or should I wait till AMD releases his next gen of gpus since I wont be getting it till mid june.
  9. Hello there I read somewhere around here that Ryzen is good and all but it's not the best when you want to play at higher frame rates (144hz) and that intel is better for that. My question is why is that? In paper Ryzen should perform better but I heard it doesn't, why? or is it just fake news?
  10. im getting the ryzen 2400g and i was wondering if brands matter when it comes to ram i saw this pair on sale and my question is if it is any good or should i get a more expensive 2x8 3000mhz kit https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232417
  11. just one thing, what is the max safe temp for my VRMs?
