  1. Right now I'm looking for a budget G-Sync monitor and I've narrowed it down to 2 monitors (w/ Amazon links): Acer XFA240: amzn.com/B06ZYHZ6R6/ AOC G2590FX: amzn.com/B07D377Q6D/ They both run 144hz and 1ms specs while being 1080p, I'm just not sure which one is better or if there are any owners of these monitors anywhere that can pitch in.
  2. CPU: Intel Core i7 8700 GPU: Asus - GeForce RTX 2060 6GB RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4-3200 Memory: Kingston - A400 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB I'm looking for a motherboard in that sweet spot for 8th gen Intel processors. Since it's locked, I don't need overclocking support. Looking for features like onboard USB 3.0 headers w/ RGB headers somewhere, but I can live without built in Wifi. Edit: Optimal price is $100~$200 Edit #2: ATX preferred
  3. I'd like to stay <$60 and aesthetic, noise, and temps are all important to me
  4. This is my first build rocking an i7-8700 locked processor. Since I'm not overclocking my CPU, what are some good choices for a regular Intel chip?
  5. Thank you! And I'll check that fan out, that's my next concern is case cooling
  6. Thank you for the welcome! And thank you, I feel better about the list and will start buying. As for the SSD, I plan on it being my windows drive and will probably just upgrade to a 1TB SSD in a few years
