Right now I'm looking for a budget G-Sync monitor and I've narrowed it down to 2 monitors (w/ Amazon links): Acer XFA240: amzn.com/B06ZYHZ6R6/ AOC G2590FX: amzn.com/B07D377Q6D/ They both run 144hz and 1ms specs while being 1080p, I'm just not sure which one is better or if there are any owners of these monitors anywhere that can pitch in.

This is my first build rocking an i7-8700 locked processor. Since I'm not overclocking my CPU, what are some good choices for a regular Intel chip?
