i tink i have to quote you to make oyu see it sooo sry but i dont understand anything bout pscs i want to switch from console to pc i got thsi pc from my dads job

so would i put it on the wite or blue and are they pci 3.0 and they both would work right

this is the motherboard i have if i upgrade the power supply with the adapter and all would a gtx 970 the "4gb" model or or a saphire radeon r9 90 4gb fir on the pci and that blue or white mount be able to fir it i need to know so i can upgrade for 1080p gaming /streaming thank you in advance
