It was sold to me as a 1050 ti but I was having driver issues so I was on this forum for help and somebody told me after i showed them the gpu z that it was fake.

I have a GPU that I thought was a GTX 1050 ti but I just learned it is not, does anyone know what it is?

Actually I see what you're saying now but it's covered by thermal compound. Should I just try to rub it off to see the numbers?

I don't really know what to look for so could you help me out?

I think I'll just get a 1050 ti.

A 1650 is a tad out of my budget, but that would be ideal.

What about a GTX 970?

I have an old cell optiplex 7010 with a 275 watt PSU. I was thinking about purchasing a GTX 770 for it I was wondering if the PSU would be up to it. It has an Intel core I3-3220, 8gb dual channel ram, and a 240 GB data ssd.

What's wrong with it?

Besides the fact that it says fake in the name, what's wrong with it? Also I bout the gpu like a year ago and have had problems since day one, but not like this.

I got it used on eBay, I added the graphics card which I got supposedly new on eBay, and no the GPU does not take a power connection.

It has an optiplex 7010 motherboard IDK what it's called
