  1. Just got a Mahogany panel. Same project but with new stereo and speakers. ?
  2. After a couple more mistakes I'm finally done! This radio pulls in stations that's out of town so it's weak and mostly static. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyEVRb4mcLc&feature=youtu.be
  3. Nearly finished. Waiting on the antenna cable before I can close it up but here it is.
  4. Painted! Let's see how it look installed. It's a coincidence that the paint matched the cones of the speakers. ? Cutting a straight line with a dremel is tricky even with the guide but by the time I cut the bottom part of the hole I got the hang of it.
  5. So far today... still working. ?
  6. They're in and I see what you mean about the cage. It's separate from the housing. I didn't know they separate. Here's the stereo: Here's the speakers (showing one): The PSU: Some tools: Let's see how it fits:
  7. They are but these speakers are going to look cool. ? Out for delivery today. ?
  8. Ok I will but are there any cool card to consider (budget wise)? I realized I have the 6670 to fall back on (in my i5 PC) though.
  9. True I don't need a card but how much longer is it going to last?
  10. It came out in 2012 and when I built my i3 PC in 2013 I bought a Sapphire HD6670 1gb DDR3 128 bit video card. Later I upgraded it to Sapphire HD7770 1gb GDDR5 128 bit. It's been in 3 builds since. Since I'm not a heavy gamer it doing well with me. Compared to today's budget video cards, how dated is my card? My card is 7 years old so what a good VC to look at budget wise?
  11. I have a Rizen 5 2600 and I'm real happy with it. Real bangs for the bucks. If mine runs that good hell, the bigger Ryzens are going to blow you away.
