They don’t appear to be dirty - I’ve benched it and tried spare ram. Don’t have a motherboard speaker , and the board debug LEDS don’t stay on long enough to show an error

I’ve tried this in all of the available slots, no luck

Doesn’t boot up to the logo or bios, fans switch on for ~2 seconds then it cuts off, then repeats

Hello, recently took my case apart to clean out some dust from the side panels, however when I closed it back up the computer wouldn’t boot. I started by replugging cables and removing my graphics card - as well as rearranging, reseating and removing my RAM. My computer would turn on when RAM was removed, however I can’t get a video signal without it. I used my mates spare RAM to see if the RAM was faulty, but again it didn’t boot. When holding down the power button, the on off loop was stopped, but the BAT1 cmos light flashed - so I reset the CMOS, removing the battery multiple times whilst powered off, as well as trying to jump the CMOS. But still no luck. Finally I’ve checked the build with another psu (taking apart my mates computer poor sod) still to no avail. Because ive tried all these things I’m assuming there’s something wrong with my motherboard/cpu - considering buying a new one unless anyone has any ideas, cheers BUILD : built in 2015:/ I5 4690k msi z97 5 series gtx 970 msi XTR psu 650w gold
