This is my first post here so pardon if I'm in the wrong section.
I just got a Scythe Mugen 5 Rev B and installed in on my Ryzen 5 1600. Previously I was using the stock AMD cooler and had it OC'd at 3.8ghz and 1.344 volts and it idle'd around 50° C and upon full load was reaching 75 degrees+ under full load using Prime95 and Aida64 after a few minutes the temperatures would creep up towards 80° and I didn't let it go past that.
Upon install of the Mugen 5, I dropped my idle temps to 42° C and was able to increase the benchmark and keep the temperature under full load to 71° C, and after 10 minutes in Prime95 the temps leveled down to 69° C, I think due to my PWM settings.
