  1. Yes, that was my plan. I hoped to build a 2nd pc but as the gpu kinda died this was an first aid buy. I was planning to begin with the ASRock Z370 itx and build from there on out. But with a price difference of 40 euro (45 bucks I think?) I was wondering if it was better to get the 1660 as I still can return the 1060.
  2. I can get a i7-3770 for a buck, around 100 euro. But I was planning to build a new sff in june. So if it bottlenecked without giving issues. Maybe better to get the 1660 and upgrade to a whole new pc later? It's that I was forced to change to a new gpu.
  3. Ah thanks, Will it be a bottleneck for both 1060 and 1660? If so I'll stay with the 1060 for now and rather get a i7-3770.
  4. That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure it can run it x'D And what I found it it's quite faster. faster than a 1070
  5. Fixed the link. And I have a i5-3450 atm Plan is to upgrade everyting in a new build but that will need to wait a couple months. probably 3 And as my 660 needed to be upgraded I took the 1060 6GB without knowing about the 1660
  6. Yes I have an old system. But I had to change the GPU before I can go spend on a new pc. But I bought a GTX1060 a week ago, but since the 1660 is out, I'm wondering if I'll just bring the 1060 back and get the 1660. https://www.dell.com/support/article/nl/nl/nldhs1/sln296867/alienware-x51-r1-systeemspecificaties?lang=nl I have the version with 240W powerbrick I was planning to build an SFF with the option to connect to external drives. But had to change the videocard first. Will it run? The power needs are the same. but the size is a bit bigger. Would the videocard only need a driver update from nVidia?
