  1. i just tried that but it just beep 3 times, power cycles , does this 2 times more and then just boots up, and in CPU Z i see the timings of the Higher RAM
  2. Yeah i tried that... its actually running at the speeds of the faster module... do i need to manually change that ? i tried removing and reseating them and i did check they are in the correct slots
  3. So im running two different RAMs with different timings in my PC. one is 3000mhz and has timings 16-20-20-38 and other is 3200mhz and has timings 15-15-15-36. whenever i get out of the bios, i get 3 beeps twice and then a single beep and my pc boots up. in Task manager my Memory is showing 8.1GB as System reserved. what can i do to get rid of that ? do i necessarily have to get exactly similar RAM ?
  4. I currently have a single corsair vengeance 8gb 3000mhz running at 3200mhz in my system(stable). i wanted to upgrade and add another 8gb stick. if i get a corsair vengeance 3200mhz ram stick, are my current 3000mhz ram running at 3200mhz and new 3200mhz ram compatible for running in dual channel ?
  5. So I should just plug in my old AHCI hdd ? The controller mode is set to RAID, will it work ?
  6. I just set up an array with 2 128GB SSDs in RAID 0 and have a hard disk which I already have some data in. And I wanna add it back to my PC. What's the way to have it working without losing data ?(if there is any) when I was setting up arrays I saw a Normal mode along with RAID 0,1 etc. Will that erase the HDD ?

  8. okk bois thanks then the issue is prolly with the cpu makes sense thanks a lot
  9. So i wanna overclock my Ryzen 5 1600, on an Asrock B450 Steel legend, its already on 4GHz. i have a thermaltake ux200 cooler running it on 72 degress average in AIDA 64 with all boxes except local memory ticked. I am using a 450 W Corsair VS450 psu, also running an overclocked GTX 1050ti with 6pin power. When i use Ultimate performance power plan the pc has a tendency to crash in cinebench, basically doesnt even restart just a black screen appears. and doesnt turrn off. Could this be the CPU instability or is it That the PSU isnt capable of handling this much power ? edit- Hardware monitor shows it sucking about 100-110 watts in Cinebench.(The processor)
  10. So theres this sale going on, and I'm getting 3200 mhz 8 gb hyperx fury (HX432C16FB3/8)very cheap. I already have a corsair vengeance 8gb 3000 mhz installed.(CMK8GX4M1D3000C16). will these work well in dual channel ? At what profile will they run ?
  11. Yeah i had to lol the GTE v2 is too tall anyways so yeah thanks once again I got the thermaltake
  12. So, which should i get ? I don't care about lights or noise, i care about performance, which would be better in that case ?
  13. Try the new BIOS update, it says it increased the support for XMP
  14. It don't come with a backplate tho, so i can't get it, there are a lot of good options other than cooler master, but they don't cone with Backplates, like the Thermaltake and Antec ones
