Last update !! Found the problem(s) Last night i just simply pluged out and in the rizer adaptor in my mobo . And today i changed the HDMI cabble. All is well , hope it stays that way

Update Without disconnecting the GPU i just plugged the hdmi into the motherboad . all seamed fine , but the sound still goes robotic from time to time. i had the chance to instal temp core and the cpu temp is 32 C in idle, i presume temps are not a problem . any new idea. btw , thank for the ideas . and hope it`s still a software problem , if it is a gpu hardware problem i`m kinda f***d since i voided my waranty by puting a water block to the card

The whole sistem slapped on to a thermaltake core pc case , chilled with a custom water cooled loop by a 120mm quad rad. the temps are quite honestly room tempreture from what i had the time to measure . i did not have the time to install any 3rd party temps apps pc froze down to quickly. It will will be a little hard to remove the gpu and try with the onboard graphics. i have tested the gpu before the whole process with the stock cooler on a diferent pc and it worked like a charm. And the bios is already update through usb stick and duble checked with the internet update option.

Graphics driver keeps crashing TL;DR Brand new pc , brand new windows install , bios , drivers etc. Just before the video crashes , sound goes robotic and screen blinks off and on . So let me list the parts that i`ve got Mother board Asus ROG Maximus Hero X CPU Intel CORE I7-9700K GPU EVGA Gforce 1080 Ti FTW3 Ram Corsair Vengence 16 gb PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 1200 P2 80+ PLATINUM, 1200W All runs at stock power , no OC. I have install new windows , all the up-to-date drivers etc. Every time the " allow this program to make changes to your pc" screen come up , the sound goes all robotic and slow . This goes on while i install other stuff. it all ends when the screen goes of and on again , the sound like you disconnect a usb pops up , screen frezez but the music from youtube still plays normally. Things that i`ve tried to fix this . Multiple versions of windows . older versions of graphics drivers. update the bios. tried to twik the power settings in windows , but i think did not work cuz my pc froze ( again ) I have not tried a different output for the monitor. I have an older monitor output through HDMI and i do not have acces to a monitor with different output such as display port . Any ideas from you guys ? And if you want more details i will gladly provide. Please give me some ideas on how to fix this new lady ! Thank you !
