  1. Problem somewhat solved - thanks so much!!! had to remove the shield from the gpu and reinstall it while at the same time installing the gpu into the motherboard - works, however two screwes are unable to be used thanks again for the fast and polite help 57358033797__B5BC9607-DE87-461F-9C0A-540D6DA250F6.MOV
  2. Removing the bracket as suggested by you allows me to install the card... however, there is no way of mounting it safely to the motherboard but I guess it works as a troubleshoot - the IO bracket on the card is the problem.... where do I go from here?
  3. This looks a little bent, doesn’t it? Idk how it’s supposed to look..
  4. There is only 1 slot on the motherboard - is it normal for the left side of the graphics card to be slightly bent?
  5. Hi i’m building my first pc, and everything is going just fine... I just can’t install my graphics card. having removes all of the “shield” type removeable things on the side of my case, I still can’t seem to fit my GPU into the PCIe slot. It fits just fine in the right side, but it will not go in on the left side - I have tried using more force than I’d like to in order to try and get the damn thing in the slot. i suspect that the part of the card that has the HDMI slots might be bent a little? (see photos) please help me, I do not have much time to finish this before my exam tomorrow
  6. I have decided to go with the MSI B450m Gaming Plus motherboard, but it says on the website that it supports the following RAM speeds: 2400 MHz, 1866 MHz, 2133 MHz, 2667 MHz, 3466 MHz (O.C.) Does this mean that going for 3000MHz is a waste of money since I won’t be overclocking?
  7. Okay thanks! Should I just go for an inexpensive wifi card? Do they really differentiate much in quality?
  8. Hi again I can't seem to figure out if the MSI b450M Gaming Plus motherboard has built in WiFi? I can only seem to find information about LAN, not WLAN. Here's where I will purchase it, if it does have WiFi: https://www.happii.dk/Bundkort/MSI-B450M-GAMING-PLUS-Bundkort-AMD-B450-AMD-AM4-socket-DDR4-RAM-Micro-ATX-/2673811?utm_source=pricerunner&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pricesite I've decided to go for micro-ATX since it'll have to fit inside the Fractal Design Arc Mini R2
  9. Thank you very much - how low in terms of speed can I go when deciding which RAM I’ll purchase? I’ve heard Ryzen likes/needs fast RAM in order to perform well
  10. Does the B450 model have wifi? My room is far from our wifi router, and i therefore I am unable to use a LAN cabel - thank you very much for your response
  11. Hi I'm about to build my very first gaming PC, since I am tired of gaming on my 2013 Macbook Air. I am looking to build a low-mid tier rig and have so far come up with the following parts: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM 16 GB Asus Radeon RX 580 Dual OC (8 GB) Corsair RM650X v2 Phanteks Eclipse P300 Samsung 860 EVO 2,5" SSD (500 GB) The problem is that since I live in Denmark, everything is taxed and is therefore very expensive; this build adds up to 1350 USD in Denmark (8900 DKK) and is therefore a bit too expensive for my budget, which is about 800 USD. Where can i save money without sacrificing too much performance? I want to be able to play League of Legends, Battlefield 1, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 ect. in 1080p resolution. I'd also like to be able to run Battlefield 1 in high-ultra settings if possible. Thank you very much for reading
