vega 56 right now is the best option on the market.
This looks like a good deal but I am not sure about the reviews.https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814932030&Description=vega 56&cm_re=vega_56-_-14-932-030-_-Product

If you can pay a bit more for vega 56, I urge you to do so.
What about the RX 590?

I would like to get the gtx 1660ti for a build. This card has 6gb of VRAM. I am not sure if that is enough or if I should get more. If I run all of my games at 1080p will 6gb be enough?

Depends on what resolution 1080p,2k,4k ( about gpu )
CPU you choose after you answer what resolution
bc faster gpu like 1080ti will bottleneck with low CPU
1- what resolution you want play ?
can answer you , for the best gpu + cpu
1080p

I am planning on building a mid range pc for gaming and possibly streaming. Should I go for an RX590 or a 1660 ti? Both of these cards are very similar and I am wondering which you would prefer. Also, should I get the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or 7 1700? Is the 2600 still good for streaming? I know that the Ryzen 5 2600 is the better choice for strictly gaming.

Also, can anyone recommend a cheap windows 10 key?

You can go for ryzen 7 1700. As it can help you streaming.
Does Ryzen 7 1700 come with the cooler?

that's the 1660ti, not the 1060.
Oh lol ok but why would you prefer it? Actually it may be better to buy something new vs used. I am a little worried about that.

Video Card: MSI - GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB VENTUS XS OC Video Card ($279.00 @ B&H) more worth it for abit more.
Really? I thought that any 1070 would be better than any 1060.

Sorry for asking so many questions but here is my partpicker list —> https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FxNMNQ Any suggestions?

I am planning on getting 500gb so I should hopefully be fine for now. I may upgrade later though. Thanks!

So I’m building a pc, and I don’t really want to spend the money on a hard drive. I know I’m getting an ssd either way. Is it even worth getting a hard drive yet for just gaming and a little editing?

So I am new to building PCs and I am debating whether or not to buy a used graphics card that was probably used for mining. This is what I am looking at —> https://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-Aero-GeForce-GTX-1070-OC-VR-Ready-8GB-Nvidia-GeForce-US-Seller/264212587007?hash=item3d844c21ff&enc=AQADAAAC8FjVrDbVsZ8oH%2F8PNHtt9VX4%2Fw7FZcmMuqsX8uaFEduVpFQ6e6Xdk0vVyC6FyDjlsbWfAD1YXYlEyCcUtJ8KIJigzIL3XfG7O5j%2FMRKfwvzP%2BzmuItQGm4nyTl5d4Fg0aqQZe3NuHw2M0leMNYHJTYkVGv%2BmYzKWujZxlwxsMUBxUjHHpeklYaDPOxUri2RY0JCaYqMvuyijJifgItDpxAXOKIw%2FE1DkAlu4Yz%2BAgbolDAoP0Z3nVYbp5SRuY5TYRsNgxq%2F2AcLC%2BT54OMI7klxRA3nfjE%2Ba2ohHqRZXdDeOhPJA4bEFQrWu7j0%2F1x1DAsx8SwlzFOHKVzCr2KuLbWEzZgaU%2BzRBO9N9kUQUXumihMTInMl1ZilHJNhw7TUGEoQZA6tu%2B5W0R3%2Bjodf469323Pc2EP0mzgVHeyLbju8w9676tvb0Ts9vOIb6gsKvXH1xOF6q0nn7asYNPLkpTtOy49FqpfgDM8cZbLEzTY7z5DNZi09EnIZFpYa0Cavx8ircMm4R5VFzNk8BChZQGYPrJNK8BoACB5NW3e6tEp9XlUcnLjzYfUy3UiUkLGqiCF%2Bw1oA%2FTxVTOL7K42Bfm9VSsS3h9b6VskUbK6xFunb4ub7S5m6lPS9NEesWtmTrjArIJBy9zKGA9tURe5hkB2RzaSRk1Gi7IQaEGpDPuBD1nGtr%2FKFVXq3h%2Bl3KpzlNcHR2iTOoE1po4XBQHfXo3Mia5EpZa06DKK8Yk6DKEnvPgwwDJGKmxPdZs6GodjHOngza8TUX2NgofjtQF9NTgeSTU7wzWAhYvXlA1JetkcvzICUonWnOCuK6g19Y3DOAgce6G7RCx8wT5AeBv3W04N8balZG1A0wx5Bf6ynRsRZPInQdydUzcDW%2Biusj5TKa2qIs%2Bj9LVAEdhBDzmUERqs1wbhWIikA8wY0hSPBJUpCNuLPnmUkK5rcHjjGh3jNmOovWjmyuOrIk2I9mEM6So7vBv1147keRcPBy1UusKEm5&checksum=264212587007bba313c8797f405395500e64a4bcc909

So I am building a gaming PC for the first time, and I need a good budget processor. I think either the AMD Ryzen 2600 or the Intel i5 8400. I am running this with a GeForce gtx 1070ti and 16gb ram. Here is my part picker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZK4t29 Any suggestions?

Thanks!

So I am planning on purchasing a GeForce gtx 1070ti msi duke. If I pair this with a nzxt h500 case will it fit? I am a little worried because it is a triple fan gpu.
