  1. I have an SLI and Surround setup going on and there are two features that are very useful; per screen task bars and per screen fullscreen. You can enable these features by clicking the desktop tab on the nVidia control panel menu. When not in surround I can click this tab and it displays the settings. When I am in surround it just freezes the control panel if I hover over it and I have been unable to solve this. DisplayFusion doesn't work. A fresh install of all nVidia software/drivers didn't help either. These issues are really taking away from my surround experience and I would be thankful for any help
  2. I know I can just turn it off, but the thing is I shouldn't need to as these features are built into nvidia Surround, they just aren't working
  3. I have SLI enabled on two GTX 970s and I just got 2 other monitors to finish my surround plans. Games work great especially with flawless widescreen but on the desktop some things aren't working correctly. - Applications go full screen across all three screens - Taskbar spans the width of all three screens - Can't click the desktop menu tab in nVidia Control Panel (where you access options to do these things) - Displayfusion can't even do the things because nVidia control panel isn't letting it. When not playing games this is really affecting my triple monitor experience in terms of productivity as it isnt easy to work with multiple windows and easily maximise them. I have already tried removing all traces of nVidia software and re-installing but to no avail. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
  4. Bought a second 970 to ski. They didn't mention code. Will I get a code regardless or should j quickly cancel order. Shop Is more computers.
  5. I am going to be needing a spare USB power header on the motherboard to power an arduino (using for programmable RGB LEDs). I am using both of my headers for corsair link (h100i) and corsair link (ax860i). I am wondering what exactly each one does in terms of information and control. As far as i can see i get fan control and information as well as temps for the h100i and ax860i fan and temp + the whole power tab in corsair link. I would primarily like to know if i will be able to control the corsair link fans if i remove the corsair link cable. EDIT: did some research and you can plug the power supply cable into the h100i block.
  6. Tried reinstalling and everything, no solution found. It seems to show a lighter shade of the colour i selected. (I have a red and black build and it goes pink from red). I am using windows 8.1
  7. Thanks. it blended in with the capacitors i guess. I'm blind
  8. I see clrct chassis but its for the cmos battery This is on my old pc putting spare fans in. Old ones were molex.
  9. I changed my default application directories in both WOW6432NODE and MICROSOFT to this: but all the applications i install get the target put to x86 while they are installed to the normal folder. Obviously i can just change the shortcuts, but I think its affecting other things too effecting other things, Is there anyway I can change the default directory without this problem? OS is on 128GB SSD, Secondary Drive is a 3TB HDD
  10. my cpu is an ax860i, I have a a CX600M in my other build.
  11. I want to know the brands for the led strips with the multi colour remotes I've seen.
  12. This could also go in power supplies i guess. Just a typical RMa or anyfix, should i try another psu for isolation purposes?
  13. Grey to grey means the time it takes to go from grey to white and back, I'm wondering what the two resposne rates mean.
