Problem has been solved. I installed the 4.1.2 a second time and now it works properly thank you for the help anyways.

It cant be the CPU because I played it at a friends house with the same CPU but another GPU (GT220) so the CPU is not the problem.

Look guys, I just remembered something. While I was playing LOL on my old mobo it was running perfectly at 80 FPs with the same components but then my mobo and PSU died and I changed them so the problem has to be the PSU or the mobo.

Good evening. So I have been having this problem a for years now and I can not come to a conclusion. The problem: my fps randomly drop in games and it is strange because I have a fairly good system for the type of games I play. For example i will take League of Legends, the FPs will be at 60 which is normal but when the minions spawn my FPs go down to 25. Can anyone help me with this?
