  1. I tested using Prime95 on all cores, and single core with the same result of never passing 3.6Ghz. I seem to have gotten around the problem by installing asrock A-Tuning and changing the CPU Ratio under the OC tab in the program. Im not sure why this didn't work in the bios. I will still try resetting the cmos tomorrow.
  2. I have re-installed the OS between the last time I overclocked and now, but no bios or firmware changes.
  3. I am having a bit of trouble getting my CPU to clock to a higher speed. CPU-Z shows a multiplier range of 8-39 but the CPU only seems to hit 3.6Ghz. On top of this issue I have enabled EZ OC in the BIOS that should OC the CPU to 4.2Ghz, but that does not seem to be happening. I have successfully overclocked to 4.5Ghz in the past, and have had the EZ OC option boost to 4.2Ghz without any issue until now. The temps don't seem to be the issue, as they never reach above 55C after running Prime95 for an extended period. CPU: Intel i5 6600K 3.5Ghz Mobo: asrock z170 pro4 OS: Windows 8.1
