I am having a bit of trouble getting my CPU to clock to a higher speed. CPU-Z shows a multiplier range of 8-39 but the CPU only seems to hit 3.6Ghz. On top of this issue I have enabled EZ OC in the BIOS that should OC the CPU to 4.2Ghz, but that does not seem to be happening.
I have successfully overclocked to 4.5Ghz in the past, and have had the EZ OC option boost to 4.2Ghz without any issue until now.
The temps don't seem to be the issue, as they never reach above 55C after running Prime95 for an extended period.
