  1. I have built in sound in my motherboard im pretty sure. I am using heaphones so it is directly through the aux cord. I havent tried much as the problem only came back today, after loading fortnite. Would it possibly be to do with Windows Sound Enhancements as after exiting fortnite a pop-up appears saying that the enhancements may be causing an issue with my headphones
  2. So for the past year or so i have had a problem with sound in a game (Rainbow Six Siege). I assumed it was just due to the game and not my pc so i just left it. Recently something changed which fixed it and im not sure what. I was playing Rainbow Six again today and decided to leave it and update/delete some things. I ended up updating Fortnite and then opening it. Upon opening it, the game asked for access to the firewall (i think this may be the problem). I clicked ok and the game loaded ok but eventually the sound just stopped working and my pc started blasting beeping noises through my headphones. Now my sound still works but just sounds a lot different to when the problem was non-existent (certain sound features in-game do not work though). Has anyone else had a similar problem or may know how to solve this?
  3. Yeah I just have a 1080p 60hz monitor at the moment.
  4. Yeah I will either upgrade my GPU next or not upgrade at all.
  5. So far using it for gaming and also running some software like UE4. FPS is great, CPU at a low temp constantly, so really it would be graphics that I would like to make better.
  6. Thx I will likely not upgrade then coz it’s not necessary.
  7. Hahaha sry ur right I did mean 8600k
  8. I do have 16GB of Ram. Sry I didn’t state that very clearly.
  9. So far I have a good pc build but now looking to upgrade something but have no idea what. This is what I have: CPU: Intel i5 8700k GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 RAM: Crucial 8GB (x2) Case: Corsair Carbide Spec Omega PSU: Corsair RM750x Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix H370-F CPU Cooler: Corsair h115i SSD: Kingston 240GB HDD: Western Force Caviar Blue 1TB HDD: Toshiba 1TB Monitor: Acer 23” IPS Keyboard: Corsair Strafe MK2 RGB Mouse: Corsair Sabre RGB
  10. So far most of my setup is RGB anyway so I was originally looking at the h115i because I knew the h150i didn’t have rgb.
  11. Ik but I didn’t know whether it would be worth having no RGB if there was no difference in performance.
  12. Hahaha I forgot to @Cereal5 mention again
