So I've been obsessed over wanting to play VR games, and that made me finally learn what each PC part does and how to tell how good something is. I've made a list of parts that I am going to upgrade to and I wanted to make sure on here that everything I found is okay for VR gaming. I'm not worried about super high end graphic quality, I'm okay with like medium-high graphics and great performance, 90 FPS for VR right? My budget for parts is $400-650 US.
I'll start with the specs I've currently got:
Cybertron PC (sorry I can't find the name of it, they also stopped selling it on amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78lmt-usb3
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 260x, 2GB
PCU: AMD Fx-6300, six-core
RAM: 8BG, DDR3, one stick
PSU: 500W
HDD: 1TB
Don't really need a good monitor for VR right? Here's mine just in case though:
LG 27MP59G-P 27-Inch

And here's what I'm upgrading to (from what I found, feel free to suggest things that might work better with my setup):
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB

RAM: 16GB, DDR3, two sticks

SSD: 1TB
PSU: Corsair 650W

And if I need to upgrade my processor:
PCU: AMD FX-8350, eight-core

Now with that out of the way, will this be good for VR?
I'm not entirely sure how much wattage on a PSU I need with the new parts so I thought 650W would be good.
