  1. Found out that my ram kits were different versions. One had Samsung Dies and the other had SK Hynix Dies, this was causing instability in my system and crashes. I figure this out a while ago I forgot to update the thread.
  2. Thank you for the recommendations, I'll talk to her about these cases and see what she thinks along with converting some of the 3.5" bays.
  3. That's what I told her but she's adamant about having two so she can read and write at the same time. And yes you are correct about the hot swapping but it has to be accessible on the exterior like a CD/DVD drive.
  4. Sorry in advanced I am on mobile currently. My Aunt is putting together a pc and she's asked me to help her. The problem we've run into is that she is being picky about the case and wants specific things for it. I've been trying my hardest to find a case for her and I've come here for help. The case has to be a Mid or Full Size Case with at least 2x 5.25" slots for DVD/CD drives and hot swap capability for 1x 2.5" & 3.5" HDD/SSD. All the cases she's liked are from pre-2015 including the ThermalTake Chaser A71, ThermalTake Overseer RX1, Cooler Master Storm Trooper, and the CoolerMaater C700M. If you have any suggestions I would be more then happy to share with her and if you find anyone selling these cases(beside the C700M) we are on the lookout for them. Thank you.
  5. Recently this past week I purchased and installed another 2x8gb of RAM into my system and after more then 2 hours of my PC sitting turned off, when I try to turn it on I get fans running and a blank screen and my EZ DeBug LED tells me that there is a CPU failure. I then have to hold power button to force shutoff, wait about 15 Seconds then when I press the power button again it turns on, does a double boot then Boots into Windows 10. I have been running a constant overclock of 4.2 Ghz @ 1.45V (Auto voltage is turned on) since I built the PC in February I did not have this problem until I installed another 2x8gb sticks of RAM. They are the same model sticks l bought in February except I purchased them this past weekend so I could have a total of 32gb of RAM. I run my sticks at 3200Mhz CAS 16-18-18-36 @ 1.35V. Let me know if you would like any information/screenshots from Hardware Info or CPU-z. Thank you for any help!! 6. Click here to view my build. This is my first personal build, I've built 2 PC's before but I only put the parts together not chosen them. My budget is $1500 $USD(don't worry about a copy of windows already have one, and I don't need peripherals I already have those) I'm fine with going up to $1800 but I would like to keep it as close to the $1500 as possible. I'm going to be using this rig for gaming (almost everything from Minecraft to Farcry 5 and Doom) and running servers(gaming and non-gaming) for my friends along with VR for myself later, and for my girlfriend she likes to draw and do photo editing (photoshop) she has a Bamboo pad she uses to do so. I am planning on purchasing more ram later on to get a total of 32gb but I'm sticking with 16gb right now to see if I need more or if I'll be happy with the 16gb. Also I'm only doing a single monitor for this setup but I do want to run VR games at a later date. I Do need a wifi card. Last thing is my case I like that when I get this Corsair case it comes with 3 fans and all the intakes (front, top, and PSU) are filtered. I Thank you guys for any help with recommending parts or changes! Key points Filtered case Overclockable (if I choose to do so) RAM? (Do I need more or should I be fine?) PSU? (Is it good enough?)
