I have done it didnt work

Hello! Yesterday I got a Ryzen 5 3600 and replaced the Ryzen 3 2200. Before I replaced the Ryzen 3 2200 the audio was working fine. But after I replaced it with the Ryzen 5 3600 and updated my bios my audio isnt working anymore I have tried downloading audio driver through MSI USA didnt work I have tried downloading realtek audio didnt work too

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0602, 12/23/2012 2x4GB 1600 MHZ DDR3  GTX 650*  SEA Gate 500GB Storage PSU 620 W CORSAIR Intel core i7 860 2.8 GHZ   Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I use to play fortnite at 100 fps with my gtx 650 and now im playing it around 40fps .I also tried replacing my current 650 with another new 650 but still the same issue.

Do I have to uninstall the driver in Standard VGA graphic adapter?

i got a specific error like 1603 for amd. I tried all the solutions on the amd support page. Before i changed platforms, I used DDU to delete the previous drivers which are from nvidia and my installation for nvidia drivers has also failed.
