I'm building a new computer (as one does here) and my case requires two USB 3.0 20-pin ports. My motherboard only has one of those. So, I've been researching solutions, and the one that looks like it'll work for me is this USB 3.0 20-pin y-splitter cable.
However I've seen people debating online about whether something like this would actually work, and I haven't really seen any conclusive evidence whether it will work or not. In my use case, would this cable work for me?
My case is the Phantoo Enthoo 719 (aka Luxe²) and my motherboard is the ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero (WiFi).
