Came home from work the other day and my acer predator xb1 will only give me a white screen. As soon as it's powered on it goes white. The computer still recognizes it. What could it be and what can I do?

im interest in upgrading the cpu in the future. im able to buy pretty much an ram at the moment and would like to get the higher tier now if i can, im just a bit confused on the compatibility

if i buy a kit marketed as 3600 will it work and just run at a lower speed?

didnt mean to double post, amd website says 2667 for system memory, wiould it still work with a 3k+?

the 1500x spec page on amd says 2667mhz. if i pair a 3k+ with it will it work?

I'm wondering what my options might be? its it strictly proprietary or are there upgrade options for this form factor?
