I'm interested in grabbing this card but I'm wary of this Taobao Agent system. If I purchase the card and they attempt to charge a ridiculous amount for shipping on the second payment, is it possible to get a refund? Should I try to find a Taobao Agent that takes PayPal so I could chargeback if necessary? I live in BC, and although shipping calculations seem pretty tame ($50 CAD) I'm worried I'll drop $100 on a card, they'll demand $500 for shipping, I refuse to pay and I'm just out $100. Never done this kind of thing before, usually order stuff from AliExpress or DealExtreme. Thanks.
