Whenever I open some apps like johnny or file manager it shows weird whitish shade which nearly makes the letters invisible . Please help me to fix this

I am on intel integrated GPU can you please tell me how to install those drivers

I changed the profile picture of my channel but it shows my profile picture on one side but when I open my youtube channel, it dosen't show anything except 'G' . Please help me fixing this. I tried re-changing profile picture and refreshing the pages again and again but nothing happened.
