Need suggestions for new build.

Budget is really not an issue for me. And i wanna use it for gaming on 1440p 144hz. -
Since my last card is completely useless now. I have decided to build a whole new PC. I am not experienced in this field so i have a few questions regarding this topic. Here are the spec's i have chosen for my New build. Please let me know if there will any bottleneck in this setup or suggest me a better option. I choose the 4600 Mhz Ram cause a guy on youtube told me that RTX 2080ti will bottleneck with a 3200 Mhz ram. So yeah thats why. And the reasons for higher watt power supply is because i might even consider buying another RTX card and SLI both later. I tried this and it worked. I cant thank you enough. Thanks again.

I don't know how to do that. Just update the bios?
-
I have 3 hdd connected. One more thing. If i connect thwm to the sata 0 , sata 1 and sata 3 On the mother board they work just fine. But when i shift their cables to the HDD0 ,HDD1,HDD2 they dont work at all.

And the problem doesn't seem to be in the hdd the problem is somewhere in the cables. When i replaced that new one with the old and interchanged there positions. The old one stopped working being in the place of the new one with the same cables attached.
-
So the problem here is that guys i am trying to attach a new hdd in my T7500 but it is giving me this weird kinda thing. If you look at that Bios picture that External SATA drive is the problem. It doesn't show up in windows either. Need immediate help.

Nope i don't think so. Thanks for co-operating.

Noted, actually i am new to this site thats why i had this question.
-
Well, as the topic suggests i am saying that Linus tech tips should have a mobile app through which we can access our accounts and write and reply to forums, just like in the website. I came up with this idea because nowadays my PC is in a repair shop because its power supply got roasted due to unfair amount of voltage due to some problem in the transformer. But your question is probably " why don't you open it on the browser". To be honest, the browser verion is okay but not good enough. The app will be better optimized, will have better visuals and we can access the site easily through it. Anyway even if its not worth it. How much time will it take for a bunch of pro programmers to create a mobile app. What do you guys think?

Thanks guy's for the help. That's all i wanted to know i guess.

Hello, guys i am a bit confused about the term "bottleneck". I mean i understand the meaning of it and the general concept but don't get it when people say that hard-drive is the bottleneck here or ram is. Can you guy's please explain that how many types of bottlenecks are there. Anything apart from CPU and GPU can also be a bottleneck?
