Forgot to mention I've already done that, uninstalled all nvidia drivers and reinstalled them from the official website - hasn't helped.

Hey guys, I've purchased and built my first gaming rig around a month ago, I've had perfect performance for all that time until recently. I've recently started to encounter lag in games such as GTA V, Battlefront 2 and I'm confused. I would fly a helicopter and it would start lagging - I proceed to open the task manager and I see the CPU is at 100% while the GPU is at 20% which makes me thing it's my CPU. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB MOBO: MSI B450-A Pro RAM: Patriot Viper (2x4GB) SSD: Adata SU800 128GB HDD: Toshiba P300 1TB OS: Windows 10 Pro I've been trying everything - I've turned down the settings, I've installed the Ryzen software and set it to gaming, I reset the BIOS to make sure it's not some stupid BIOS settings I've checked. It's these two games I've been having issues with, games such as the Witcher run smoothly with no problems, same applies to Rainbow Six Siege. I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask for help but I'm clueless. If you need more info please just ask, I can run any benchmarks/anything that would help you guys. For the record, everything was brand new and fresh and I don't think it's any malicious software as I tend to not install any shit, only thing I recently installed is Google Drive but I doubt it's that.
