I know but even my 6700 which supports 2133mhz can handle 3000mhz memory without any issues and it should not matter how much processor can support my board is capable of 4000mhz ram

I am facing a problem with my Ram recently I bought 3200mhz ddr4 g.skill Trident Z Royal cl 16.18.18.38. So it is working fine on default 2133mhz when I tried to enable XMP it auto detects and start running at 3200mhz with cl 16.18.18.38. When I restart my pc in order to save settings it took at least 5 minutes and even after that it showed error to press f1 to go back to setup it automatically changed to 2133 again so I tried it with different setting volts but maximum it goes up to 2666mhz with same latency and 1.35v. After that tried 2933,hz setting loaded successfully but stop while logging into windows and showed blue screen multiple times so its not working after 2666mhz. Latest bios are Installed asus 2401. tried setting manually and auto but not working. So I tried it with my friends setup Amd 3700x and X570 Tuf as soon as I opened Xmp ram was working fine even I tried to push it a little and it was stable on 3600mhz. So I got this issue since I changed my board & processor from (ASUS H270F, 7700k) to (ASUS Z370F, 8700k) to upgrade my machine this issue was resolved after sometimes don't know how but pc start running smoothly a few days later I switched my windows to SSD by cloning and didn't face any problem but before two days I installed Intel Optane drive in order to make it run I have to change my windows from legacy to UEFI I just reinstalled my windows update latest drivers and now I am facing the same problem of 2 to 3 second screen freeze where mouse and keyboard also stop working and same goes with my headphones or speakers they show me msg after freeze time you just plugged in device in audio jack Facing this problem while playing game surfing Internet watching videos and once while writing this problem I am facing on this forum kindly help...!!! System Specs- Intel core i7 8700k ASUS Z370F Gaming board Gtx 1070 G1 gaming card 2*8 GB DDR4 2400mhz crosshair vengeance ram Crosshair supply VS650 SSD 512GB Adata SU800 for (windows & software) + 2 HHD 1TB + 2TB Seagate 7200rpm
