I Already tried disconnecting everything. from Hard drives to peripherials. is there any other way?

Everything turns on, just the monitor doesn't show anything.

All the fan spins, there aren't any beeps. and i've tried everything from monitors to tv's.

I assume it was reset, anyways I did that way before I made this post and it didn't work.

How do I reset the CPU? (I Still can't a single speck of pixel to pop up on the display since I got the parts.)

Hello everyone, I've been trying to use my computer after building it, all I needed it the motherboard to post a display, however... I haven't been able to after plugging all various cable into the motherboard. (VGA, HDMI, ETC.) Note that there isn't a GPU in the system.
