New build I just got all the parts and put it together for the first time

Nothing at all even when i pull the GPU and try to just go straight from the Mobo

Tried to clear cmos on a whim and nothing

My first build is boot looping consistently no matter what I do removing everything I can changes nothing. Reassembly did nothing, I've checked every damn connection in the PC and nothing but lights and fans with no post and a painfully drawn out bootloop. My best guess now is a bad Mobo but I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion as to what to try. Mobo: Asrock AB350 pro 4 CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6gb RAM: Team Vulcan 16gb (2x8) 2400 PSU: Corsair CX550M 550W 80+ bronze UPDATE: No bootlooping once CPU 8pin connector is disconnected. I'm new to this so what part has the issue? UPDATE: Connected an old speaker to headphone jack and got no beeps. Fairly certain at this point I received a DOA Mobo which seems fairly common with Asrock from my research.
