    I noticed that with my ps3 that I got it Craigslist note this is the slim version. I reset the video settings by holding down the power button but then a screen comes up. It says “an available HDMI device was detected. Do you want to output video and audio using HDMI”. Here is what happens when I press either options.     I Just finished building my 2080 ti Sli With a i9 9900k 4.2GHz 16GB 3200MHz And a Deepcool CPU cooler With a Atx Case and the computer will not turn on I don't know whats wrong maybe PSU issue
