From your description, it sounds like your old SATA drive DOES have a bootable or EFI partition that the UEFI is detecting and prioritzing as number one in the boot order. I.e., UEFI is attempting to boot to the SATA drive instead of your Windows 11.

Easiest way to fix that issue is to boot into the UEFI and tell the computer you want to boot from Windows 11.

Btw, DON'T let the Windows Repair run. If you do, there's a strong chance you'll have issues booting if you later remove the SATA drive, because assuming it was the Windows 10 install that was repairing, it may have messed with your EFI partition and Windows boot manager on your primary Windows 11 install.

That solved the problem Thanks!!! while looking at my bios I don't have a security configuration for my current Windows 11, but the HDD has a security configuration, should I delete it? It may cause problems in the future?
