  1. One is an ultrawide the lg29wk600. I know the 500 is better value than it but I need the DisplayPort. It’s also the only one of these that is 75hz or ultrawide. Then there’s the ViewSonic xg2401 I’ve heard good things about it online but not sure if it’s still worth. Also know about the xg2402 but would prefer the bettter colours of this one for casual gaming. Then there’s the g24c1 ive heard it’s the best not tn gaming display at 1080p and I would like the better colours and blacks of va. Though not sure if it’s better than some tn was Abel’s even just for casual gaming. I will be doing casual gaming and content consumption what would be the best option. I’ve heard 144hz is incredible but dont know. Oh and using a 60hz tn 1080p 21 inch monitor right now. Thanks.
  2. I meant that as in that was another monitor I was looking at. So I should get a 29 inch ultra wide or just get a normal monitor Edit:After looking into it a bit more i am okay to settle for 75hz. The 29WK600 has caught my attention. Is it worth it or is there a simply better option, ultra wide or not.
  3. After looking round for a bit I can’t find any posts on cheapish 144hz ultrawides. I’m not sure if it would be worth it for me to get one but I would like to look into them before choosing another monitor. Looking at the G24C1. Are here any ultrawides at 100hz or higher around the £300 mark that could go on sale down into the low £200s. If not that’s okay. Also not sure if a 25 inch ultrawides would be worth it. Never bought a monitor before so I’m a bit hopeless. If here is a post like this somewhere just let me know. Thanks.
  4. Okay thanks I knew I wasn’t going to be running at 1440p in games. Will look into 1080p 144hz monitors. Would it be worth looking for an ips one. I found a 1440p tn 120hz panel on sale for 230. Thanks. Sorry for the wierd order of answers.
  5. Currently running an rx 570 and ryzen 2200g system on 1080p 60hz tn monitor. Looking to upgrade it. Never experienced high refresh rate gaming and know I won’t be pushing 1080p 144hz with that card. What would you suggest and would it be worth it to get a 1440p 120hz monitor. I know I won’t be playing games at 1440p but I could turn the settings down/render scale. What should I go with. Budget about 200 and see 1440p 120hz go down to that price on sale. In the UK. Thanks.
