I recently swapped my cpu motherboard and ram. I went from an i5-4460 to an AMD ryzen 5 3600x, a gigabyte H97m-HD3 to an ASRock b450M pro4, and 8GB of RAM to 16GB of RAM. Before swapping these parts my pc would always take around 10 seconds to boot (from an ssd). Now it takes anywhere from 40 seconds to 110 seconds. I have no idea why this is happening. Could it be because my windows is not activated. I installed all of the necessary drivers.
