  1. I haven't put anything bigger than 2GB onto that drive previously, I think u might be right, I knew 5 euros was too good to be true for that capacity.
  2. That stick has a 64GB capacity though, and the installation went flawlessly using Sandisk USB stick with 32GB capacity.
  3. Alright so I found the problem, I was using cheap brand USB stick called ISY bought it for like 5 euros. I purchased a new usb stick, this one is a Sandisk stick and now I don't get the "missing driver" error anymore.
  4. I downloaded 3 driver files with .msi file format, I put these files on the USB stick but couldn't browse for them on the installer screen
  5. Ok so I downloaded 3 files from the first link, put it on the installer USB, but when I get to the installer screen, I couldn't browse for these files.
  6. Hey guys! So I've done some stupid thing with this laptop, I wiped the drive and I tried to hackintosh this laptop and failed miserably, after spending a week to make this laptop runs macOS, and been told by people with experience in hackintosh that the keyboard can't be made working, I finally gave up. So now I try to reinstall Windows 10 back but faced a problem. I tried to install Windows using usb stick contained windows.iso burned with Rufus, but then I got this error that Windows can't be installed (check picture attached). Then I tried to follow this guide, but couldn't find the option to recover from a recovery drive, because I wiped the drive while trying to install macOS. I don't know what to do anymore, can anyone please help me getting Windows back on this laptop?
  7. Yes that is what I plan to do, I dont like Macbook because its overpriced for the hardware it has
  8. Hello LTT folks! I need help finding a laptop that is super thin, preferably not bigger than 15 inch, has an i7 processor and is very upgradeable, things like RAM (up to 16GB) and most importantly wifi card, this because I probably need to change the wifi card to make it compatible with macOS. I live in the Netherlands, and my budget is 1200 euros max. Some dutch price comparing website: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/ Thank you in advance!
  9. Thank you everyone for the replies! Unfortunately not all cards on HP's website is supported on macOS, I bought this card, hopefully this will fits and works!
  10. Hi Arjan, thanks for the reply, isn't it weird that the card is a mini PCI-e and the slot is a M.2? Does it really work like that? and is it backwards compatible aswell? M.2 cards in a mini PCI-e slot?
  11. Hey guys! I recently installed Mac OS on my HP laptop, it went really well and Mac OS is running smoothly on this laptop, except for a few things, Audio doesn't work, I've purchased a USB audio adapter and the wifi is not working, I'm planning to buy a wifi card that is compatible with Mac OS, found a few recommended network cards that are compatible with Mac OS, but I don't know if those recommended cards will fit on my laptop, does my laptop use mini PCIE or its a M.2 slot? The card shown on the picture doesn't fully fill the slot but it came standard with the laptop and it works. Thank you in advance!
