  1. Thanks for the answers! I guess I should buy it. After this, only the motherboard, CPU and the ram are left to purchase. I am really excited for the day I am switching from 500GB 5400RPM HDD (7 Year old and going) to this.
  2. You see I am building my new PC slowly until the new Ryzen is out and I saw the Intel 660p 1TB for just about 100$. But I am hearing that SSD prices can be even cheaper later. Should I just buy it now or just wait for a few more weeks or months.
  3. Thank you, I hope you guys will like it when I finalize my build in summer and post it here.
  4. Heh, this system is fine with 300W, it's not the problem. Just wondering if this Seasonic PSU will work on the system or just blow it up as it's old. The only reason I am buying it early when I am going to build my pc in summer is my failing power supply like I said.
  5. Hi, I have a computer that I have been using for...6-7 years or so and this summer I will replace it with a brand new one. But the thing is, I am pretty sure PSU of it is failing these days. Not in bangs, just whimpers though. So I had an idea, what if, I bought the PSU of my future computer now and used on my old computer. Seeing that PSU are one of few things I can be confident in not changing that much until summer or even a few years, I think it would work. However, I have no idea if this new PSU will work with my old computer. I don't want to destroy my computer as I still have months until summer. Hope you guys can help me if you don't mind as I have no idea. Current Computer: Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd.
