  2. Budget (including currency): 3000€ Country: France Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming streaming Good evening, A friend asked me for help for a 3000€ setup. To play all types of games (triple A, competitive games) for QHD, in 240hz (preferably) and perhaps streaming. Here is the configuration I put together: https://www.topachat.com/s/34EJSL Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4080 AERO OC (16 GB) AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (4.2 GHz) DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RGB - 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 6000 MHz - CAS 30 Corsair RM1000e (ATX 3.0) - 1000W ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI Samsung Series 970 EVO Plus 2TB be quiet! Pure Loop 2 - 360mm be quiet! Silent Base 802 Window - Black What do you think, for my part I have a doubt about the 1000W I think it's overkill I also have a doubt about the 4080 I wonder if a 4070ti will not be more suitable. If you have any other comments, don't hesitate. Thank you for your feedback

  10. Hello, In order to have a better airflow I would like to know if in your opinion it was useful to sacrifice the front and the top of this case to do something like this: this link : And this is my actual setup : https://imgur.com/a/S7iq6UC Do you think i should change some fan ? And it's better to get more airflow on top , on front or both ? Thank for the help
  11. Hello, In the evening I heard a fan noise at full blast in my tower it seemed strange to me because even with my headphones and my loud sounds I heard the fan after checking where the noise came from I found that it came from graphics card fan, I did a stress test to be sure where the noise was coming from. Here is a recording of the noise: https://streamable.com/iuh9d5 The temp seem really bad to me the problem appear when: when the graphics card reached 84 °, which is the limit. I tried to change the cg of pc but unfortunately the pc refused to boot the psu should not be powerful enough. (I was told that it can be linked to the motherboard but that's seem strange too me also nvidia tell me to contact the reseller but they support it's not the top so , i want to ear what idea do you have) and how i can troubleshoot if it's the motherboard ? I clean the card and change the thermal paste and the thermal pad (I haven't opened it) I opened the front cover, the one on the side also with the one before I gain no temperature with the one on the side a little (between 1 and 3). I am therefore short of idea for this problem so I am considering taking a new cooling system for the card like this one: https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00HHMJIIO/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me= Thanks for your help Here is my config: Ram: DDR4 3200Hz 16GB HDD: 1TB Power supply: 850W (Gold +) CPU: I9-9900K not overclocked M.2 SSD: 500GO +120 GB + 1to Case: Bequiet Silent Base 801 + 2 Pure Wings 2 fan 120mm on the top Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11go not overclocked Ventirad: Be Quiet! i will buy a 80mm because i don't have the place for a 92mm and try if it's help a bit
  14. Drabat

    Fan noise

I think i might find where the noise can from i force my fan at 100% in stress test and it never reach 83° and i found my gpu have a temp limite who is 84° so the noise might came when the gpu reach 84° What do you think ?
