Hi, In September, I’ll be studying programming (5years in total). My question is, should I buy a newly come out laptop now (ex. Dell XPS 13 9380 (https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/new-xps-13-touch/spd/xps-13-9380-laptop/xnita3ws707h)or other laptops presented at CES) or should I wait until august (If there’ll be some changes in hardware). As I said, ill be needing it in September (But the sooner I can get it, the better it is). Thank you ? Note: I have to install linux
