just to update i changed the psu to a 650w 80plus gold one, problem is still here so it wasnt the psu.

I recently bought a RX 6600 Saphire, whenever i play games and alt tab or watch media while doing something else my screen flickers like crazy, if i leave it like that it would crash the graphics drivers, i thought it was a deffective gpu and returned it they gave me an rx 6700 Saphire and its the same thing than i said ok maybe psu is not powerful enough i changed my psu from 550w to 650 80plus gold and still same issue, its probablly the motherborad but i am not sure. I have tried every single amd driver for the rx 6700 no fix, i used ddu just to clarify i am not a noob. I tried reseting bios, turned on or off some settings in the amd gpu software. So far its not the software its the hardware 100%. And to be sure i tried out a gtx 1650 and a RX 5500XT on my pc and there was no problem. only the new gen cards that have pcie 4.0 do this problem, my motherboard is pcie 3.0 i know they are backwards compatible but it may be that. My GPU is not overclocked but even if I overclock it it does the same thing so no diffrence. Everything else on my pc is on stock settings here are my specs and a youtube link to what is happening: CPU - Ryzen 5 3600 No overclocks GPU - Sapphire RX 6700 PSU - Sharkoon WPM 650W 80Plus Gold Motherboard - Msi B450 Pro M2 Ram 16gb hyperx something somethign but ram probablly isnt the problem So the problem appears to happen even when doing light and / or heavy work. More on the light applications tho because when in gaming i rarely get it except if i alt tab and use another app. here is the video of the problem

I did use DDU i just didnt mention it because its like normal to use it, I know a little about pcs but I have never encountered this problem ever in my life.

Recently i bought a Sapphire RX 6600 gpu from my local computer store and when i started using it i noticed its not as smooth as my gtx 1650 in desktop and idles, Than I was watching something on my second monitor while using the first one to google something and it started like fickering but it wasnt the monitor 100%, I gave them the gpu back said its broken they tried to replicate the error but they couldnt, than they allowed me to get another gpu if i payed additionaly and i got an RX 6700 for like 80bucks more and the Sapphire RX 6700 is like only in europe or somehting so it isnt that popular, I thought that would solve my issue but it didnt its the same shit again, and its only in idle under load it doesnt have like alot of problems maybe on some games it would lag like a little bit but not too much or maybe its just streaming in the textures for example and then it would stop fps dropping but whenever its at 0 load or like low 20% load it does that shit, I tried a weaker gpu a RX 5500XT and there were no problems, I think that my PSU or my motherboard is the problem here are my full pc specs CPU - Ryzen 5 3600 No overclocks GPU - Sapphire RX 6700 PSU Sharkoon WPM 500W bronze Motherboard - Msi B450 Pro M2 Ram 16gb hyperx something somethign but ram probablly isnt the problem here is a video of the problem, I need to know if its the gpu or motherboard so i know what to replace my budget is limited https://youtu.be/lOR7hldnPKA When i have something like a video on fullscreen on my second monitor first monitor google and apps will flicker but if i dont do anything on my second monitor and work on my main most apps dont flicker except photoshop premiere and stuff like that idk why

btw i can get a good psu if i change up the mobo and cpu i have another build with a pentium g4560 and h110-h should i go for it bcs 2200g is like a i3-7100

3000MHz is not avalible in my shop lol and i am on a budget so i dont have much money for a case and psu only 20dollars if the psu brakes i will buy a new one its 40dollars for a 80+ one

as i said rx570 is not avalible in my country. rx 580 is, but its more espensive than the grx 1650 and i need the ryzen 3 2200g for streaming/recording videos. Plus pcpartpicker said that ryzen 2200g, msi b450 pro-m2 and the gtx 1650 are compatible and that was my question were they compatible lol

Hi. I am doing a budget build with a Ryzen 2200G and MSI GTX 1650 but i am wondering will the amd ryzen 2200G work with a A320M PRO-E Motherboard. If it works will the ryzen 2200G work with the msi geforce gtx 1650 And please dont recomend any improvments like rx 580 instead of the gtx 1650 bcz they are not avalible in my shop and amazon or ebay dont ship to my country
