For no apparent reason at all, I've been receiving trouble in games such as GTA V with stability and how well they run. I should be getting over 60 fps with no drops on some of the higher settings, but yet I drop the settings down and still receive random spikes of lag, which are almost never continuous but occur at random times. All of my drivers and updates are installed, so there is no problem there. Something potentially with the hardware, maybe? Running on a GTX 1070 Ti and an intel i5 8400 @ 2.80 Ghz, also have almost 8 gigs of ram usable

I’ve just recently installed the latest updates and I just today finished installing a windows update, and since the windows update it has been worse than ever. Anyone know why?

I sure shouldn’t have drive issues, not only are they running smoothly but I have more than 2 tb free on my D drive and that’s my primary one

Well ever since I replaced my graphics card simple tasks such as internet browsers have began to slow down a lot. I am now able to run games I wasn’t before, but even then sometimes the games I had before either close randomly or never load whenever I attempt to load into them. For example, I will open up a game and attempt to start something in it and it’ll take 5-10 minutes before it loads then immediately closes me out.

I recently installed a brand new GTX 1070 Ti into my computer and it seems to be bottlenecking. Current specs are: i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz ; 8 gb RAM ; 4TB Storage (C + D) drives Anyone want to help me figure out how to solve this bottlenecking?
