  1. I have had a series of problems after upgrading the majority of my pc parts. First I upgraded my mobo, CPU and ram. Everything worked fine for the few weeks I was running that setup with my old GPU. However a few days ago I upgraded my GPU to a 2080 ti and now I have been having many problems. The first problem I noticed was that my GPU was only getting around 15% utilization. So not really knowing what to do I just did a Windows reset (but keeping some personal files). This seemed to fix this problem. Then the second problem happened. My pc completely froze and from then on my second monitor was stuck in sleep mode but also couldn't be turned off. Whenever I got to desktop my pc would completely freeze and I would have to force it to turn off. I unplugged the monitor to turn it off and then switched it to a different display port and this has seemingly fixed the issue. That brings us to where I am now. My pc runs fine with general use but always crashes when I play games. When it crashes it immediately restarts and there is no BSOD or crash report of any kind. I understand what the hardware does but fixing something like this is above my knowledge. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TL;DR When I play games my pc crashes and restarts immediately with no BSOD. 2. Hello friends! A few weeks ago I upgraded my mobo, ram, and CPU. Everything was working fine with my old GTX 980. The other day I installed an RTX 2080ti. I noticed today that my performance wasn't in line with my expectation or with benchmarks I looked at. After noticing this I realized my GPU usage was only ever hovering between 5% to 15% usage and most of that usage was coming from the few things I was running on my second monitor rather than the games I was playing. I'd appreciate any help I can get with this. Thanks! Here are my specs: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/SHINEYMAN22/saved/88vyXL
  3. Lmao tuned in to the keynote but the main talking point seems to be esports.

I would like to keep the total cost of new parts under 3000 Canadian Dollars. Feel free to give any other advice. Thanks
